During my week days I work for a secure mail house printing company. We manufacture things like financial cards, ID cards,, smart cards and gift cards, government cards etc... Any cards you name it we do! As a result I am unable to have Internet access through my week days and do most of my university studies at night and weekends... The following is a 24 hour summary of how much time I have spent engaging with different media platforms for my WEB207 unit.

**Summary of time spent with each media**
There was no consistency with the amount of time, within the 24hr period, I spent on each media form as it fluctuated. My usage was more in segments than consolidated timeframes. Having said that I estimate the following:
Mobile Phone (calls and texting) = approx 45 to 60min
Computer = approx 8 or 9 hours
Television = approx 4 or 5 hours
